1.1 Recruitment & Selection deployment
To implement recruitment programs, in line with the annual recruitment plan and the recruitment policy, in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people:
Provide Country HR Manager with input in the annual recruitment plan and budget during budget making season
Coordinate and execute local recruitment and selection programmes in line with local laws and regulations.
Select candidates using the most effective selection methodology based on functional requirements and business needs (Screen CVs and application letters, Conduct interviews on the phone and face-to-face, etc,)
Coordinate the organisation of recruitment events if any.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as tests, assessment centres etc.
Deploy divisional recruitment processes and tools.
Prepare and negotiate Offer letters for the selected candidates in cooperation with line management.
Perform reference check for successful candidates
1.2 Internal communication

To liaise with internal cross-functional employees in order to promote internal recruitment and development and to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness:
Liaise with cross-functional employees.
Organise internal recruitment information including email and/or bulletin announcements
Update the local and divisional vacancy database to promote cross-border and cross-functional recruitment.
Exchange best recruitment practices with other TNT recruitment personnel.

1.3 Contracting, labour market & external communication

To setup external networks in order to attract the right people and to meet the required staffing level at all times:

Select and evaluate search and employment agencies according to the selection and performance criteria.
Ensure key elements of the TNT employment brand are reflected in all internal & external communication activities.
Develop labour market communication and advertisement materials in line with the labour market segments and target groups.

1.4 Recruitment co-ordination and optimisation

To administrate recruitment data and to regularly report to Country HR Manager in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the recruitment operations:

Record correspondence with internal and external candidates.
Write thank you letters to internal and external candidates.
Schedule recruitment calls, intakes, visits and interviews in cooperation with relevant functional management.
Forward weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly recruitment reports to line management.
Identify bottlenecks and shortcomings in the recruitment process and programs, provide suggestions for improvement and feed back to line management.
Draft internal policies (Internal Working Rules, Travel Policy, Recruitment & Selection Policy, Employee Movement Policy, etc)
Review and update current policies to ensure compliance with the States laws and regulations (Labor Code, Decree, Circular, etc)
Review and make adjustment if necessary to current forms/templates associated with the Companys policies
Consulting with external law consultant firms, Country HR Manager to validate the legitimacy of drafted policies before issuing
Pinpoint "grey areas" in current policies to Country HR Manager to consider & take preventive actions
Communicate policies or updates to staff
Translate policies into Vietnamese or English
Take part in the Quality Management audit for ISO 2015 Certificate
Analyze and evaluate risks associated with Recruitment & Selection process
Suggest corrective actions for identified risks
Make monthly Employee Turnover Report to region
Control costs through SAP system and report to Country HR Manager if there is any divergence
Raise PO through SAP, and declare payment through Concur Solutions system
Raise onboard ticket for new employee or exit ticket for resigned staff
Translate documents such as newsletter, new strategies, disciplinary evidence, etc
Record all important updates from other Functions
Do ad-hoc tasks from requests of Country HR Manager
Bachelor Degree of Business English
Bachelor Degree of Law
