About

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
 Sales price maintenance.
 AR credit management (for new customers) and AR collection.
 Month end sales reconciliation and invoice to one key account.
 Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
 Verifying bank deposits and Verifying balances in account books.
 Daily Voucher, Sale, Purchase posting and check into the Software vs Manual Ledger.
 Maintain Cash & Bank book, General ledger, Party ledger.
 Follow up with vendors, customers and internal staff on enquires
 Prepare monthly, weekly Report Perform any other administrative duty/responsibilities assigned by
the Management.
 Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods.
