JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide support to the Operation team to meet and sustain client targets by providing accurate & timely analysis.
• Looking at ways to improve Quality of transactions & efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance to monitoring and feedback process by meeting audit target.
• Call monitoring & variance reporting.
• Providing the complaints findings to the client in a timely manner.
• Timely feedback to QAs.
• Career development & T&A of QAs.
• Assisting the Quality Manager/Quality owner in meeting the contractual requirements.


STANDARD FOR MEASURING SUCCESS


• Monthly call analysis
• Quantitative
• Qualitative
• No. of issues resolved within the standard time.
• Agent’s productivity
• Other key management attributes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed.


REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English and Japanese
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be positive, customer-centric, fast paced and prompt, achievement oriented, energetic and enthusiastic
• Knowledge of 7 Quality Control tools and the knowledge of variation management is an added advantage.
• MS office – Excel – Intermediate level.
