Description

Job Scope:
-Provide an exemplary level of customer service
-Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at client sites
-Assist the team and/or manager in reports, ad hoc tasks and projects.
-Responsible to contribute to the planning, execution and management of the company’s client management system
-Constantly encourage and assist team members to improve your product knowledge, understand customers and the company

Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree/equivalent education level
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year related working experience (Preffered)
-Service-oriented and able to dealing with stressful situations
-Fast learner and initiative
