Description

Job Responsibilities:
To assist management in daily administrative related duties
To prepare documents, invoices and reports
Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record.
To assist the receptionist when needed
Compile data and summarize information on an ad hoc basis
Data entry and data updating
Able to manage full process of recruitment & payroll
Able to prepare all HR Reports & Letters
Assist in preparing monthly report
Any ad hoc job as required.
Manage and purchase office supplies such as stationery, office equipment, etc.
Organize and coordinate all staff engagement activities

Skills
Job Requirements:
Pleasant personality, tactful, organized,
Able to multitask and possess good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Proactive and able to work under a tight deadline
Able to do other tasks given by superior
Can communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a business environment
Proficient in oral and written English & Bahasa Malaysia,
Experienced and good proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
