Description

• Industry : Outsourcing - Contact center
• Working Location : G Tower (Near to Ampang Park LRT Station)
• Duration : 3 - 4 months * Working start day – As soon as possible
• Working Hours : 5 days in a week (8 hours per day not including lunch hour) * Weekends & Public holidays are off


Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist to arrange and schedule interview
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards
• Evaluate and screen resumes
• Source candidates by using internal database and social media
• Use online assessment tools to assess candidates' skills
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and database
• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
• Prepare new hire paperwork
• Assist in administrative task
• Perform any ad-hoc task as required

Skills
•   Business Language skills in both English & Japanese
• Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken
• Ability to prioritize and complete task within deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft office
Diplomas
• Diploma in HR Management, Business Admin or relevant field
