Your Role

This role would best suit an organised individual with excellent communication skills that is looking for a step into a busy business development team. The role will consist of administrative tasks such as lead sourcing and prospecting the first step of the sales funnel, supporting the Business Development division as a whole as well as account management of existing partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with or in the entertainment/leisure/travel industry and possess exceptional communication, EQ, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Management.

The successful candidate will support our Business Development team in finding and selecting new potential business partners. Your day could involve market research, lead sourcing, competitive analysis and developing the sales pipeline. Reporting directly to our BD managers, you’ll develop strong partnerships and help drive business growth.

What will you do?

Own and manage a lead sourcing process
Research decision makers and their contact details
Maintain a visible lead pipeline and meet outlined KPIs
Report directly to BD managers, supporting them to win partners
Provide day-to-day support to existing small sized partners, nurturing the relationships and proactively growing the accounts
Join internal meetings to discuss and implement strategic changes
Influence internal stakeholders to push new projects
What are we looking for?

Ideally 1 year prior experience in Sales or Business Development, in the entertainment/leisure/travel industry
Not afraid of cold calling and asking for the right contact person on the phone
You thrive in an environment with target, driven by delivering ambitious results
You communicate with brevity and clarity in all forms
Structured and self-directed way of working
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Fast learner, quick in implementing feedback
