What I am looking for
Experience Junior

I am flexible in any type of job wanted.

I am currently an undergraduate studying Mechanical Engineering at Boston University, graduating in 2020. Throughout my two years at Boston University I have found the course load to be quite rewarding and interesting. These courses include multivariate calculus, physics, chemistry, astronomy and engineering courses ranging from thermodynamics to electric circuits. I have gained experience with computer aided design and drilling machines through these courses and have found them quite compelling.

I have prior work experience in website development, helping a startup travel insurance company with their website. I also have prior experience in information technology working for Fenway Park helping them troubleshoot and resolve technology problems throughout the park.

My prior work experience, although not all engineering related, has allowed me to grow my personal attributes of creativity and analytical troubleshooting skills. In my past jobs I have had to work independently and make quick decisions with sound judgement. For example working as a website developer many skills carried over to computer aided design such as how to approach problems in a concise and efficient manner and becoming comfortable working with technology in a direct manner.

In addition to work I enjoy researching financial markets such as digital currencies, securities (such as equities, bonds and exchange traded funds), foreign exchange currencies and commodities. I find finance very similar to engineering problems that we receive in college such as thermodynamics, in that instead of keeping track and analyzing heat in a system and how it moves, one analyzes capital and how it moves throughout the markets. I have around two years of experience studying financial markets and the more I learn the more fascinated I become.
