Description

Marrakech Insiders is specialised in « slow travel » and offers tailor made experiences of Marrakech and its surroundings off the beaten track by vintage sidecar motorbike.

The Marrakech office manager is in charge of managing all the aspects of an office. He/she is managing and coordinating all the office activities in terms of administration, operations and finance. He/she is the primary contact for legal and HR issues.
Also, he/she participates in the financial follow up of the company by following on operations accounting, petty cash and bank flow. He/she is the contact of our accounting service provider and manages an in house accountant.
He/she manage all projects related to merchandising and he/she should bring innovative ideas to the group.

Performance Standards

Office management
Duty statements - Manage purchasing, admin or accounting, follow up of vehicles paperwork
- Assist the Operations Director on bike maintenance
- Manage the office budget
- Main contact for the legal and HR issues
- Maintain the motivation of the staff
Performance standards - The operations have to run smoothly with minor supervision from the manager
- The bikes need to be up to date on paperwork at all times
- The accounting need to be done in time and without mistake
- The budgets have to be respected

Accounting and finance follow up
Duty statements - Make sure our accounting of operations is up to date
- Make sure our accountant delivers on time with no compromise on quality and is in a happy place of work
- Make sure all our service providers are paid on time
- Make sure all invoices are sent out on time and that we are paid on time
- Liaise with our accounting firm so they have all information necessary in due time
Performance standards - Communication with the accounting firm has to be smooth and done in due time
- All service providers are paid by the 15th of the month and every monthly accounting is closed by the end of the following month.
- Our accounting firm should advice us on a trimestral basis on how to run our accounting and finances
- No clients pay late

Diplomas
Minimum education level required Bachelor degree or above
Minimum experience level required 3-5 years experience in tourism business
