The Fisherman Lounge is on the hunt for an experienced Chef, Sous Chef and Chef De Partie for the lead up into a new restaurant in the Plaine Wilhems. This is a unique & rare opportunity to join an exciting team. Stylish & exclusive interior will boost a 100 guest capacity. Fine dining experience is not a requirement but is desirable for the Head Chef and Sous Chef Positions. Please provide work referee contact details. • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a
• Ability and desire to motivate a team
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problem and
work effectively under pressure
• MUST be passionate and confident with
Seafood cooking style
• Previous experience in managing labor within a
• Ensure all food production is in line with food
and company standards
• Ensure venues meet all workplace Health &
Safety and food hygiene requirements
• Work closely with kitchen management to
innovate and grow the business

Considerations may be given to newly trained chefs with under 3 years post traineeship or post apprenticeship work experience.
