As Expat.com is a growing company, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Community Growth Manager to join our team in Port-Louis, Mauritius.


MISSION
The Community Growth Manager will be in charge of ensuring the development of the community, from acquisition of new members to the retention value chain.


RESPONSABILITIES
Content moderation
- Manage content provided by members throughout the site: validate posts or ads, moderate content, monitor members’ activity, remind members of the site’s rules.

Acquisition
- Define and implement strategies to attract more members and convert visitors into members
- Watch market trends and competitors to make sure our services match the latest trends and address the needs of our audience

Retention
- Define and implement onboarding and reonboarding projects to accompany new members on the website and reactivate the unactive members.
- Implement actions to ensure our members are loyal and active on the platform

Increase activity on website
- Promote members’ participation in all our section to reach critical mass for each community
- Develop and manage our Experts team: recruitment and animation of the network of Experts


Team Management
- Manage the in-house team of moderators: set up objectives, monitor work quality and assess performances
- Set up and implement processes for day-to-day activity and projects
- Set up a network of facilitators all over the world to help with moderation and forum activation

Reporting
- Define KPIs to monitor the development of the community
- Report to management


REQUIRED SKILLS
Bilingual French/English
Excellent writing skills
Mastering an additional language would be an advantage: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
