There is gym, sauna and pool in the building. There are two restaurants in the building. Del Arte Italian and Cafe Frans (open 24 hours Fri-Sat).
My building is less than 3 minutes walk from the Moema metro station line 5 (Lilac line). Also my building is away from the airplane route of CGH airport flights.
I can accept direct payment via PIX or directly via booking platform (Airbnb or Booking.com)
You would not find a better location than mine in the Moema neighborhood. Everything including shops, restaurants, cafes, laundry, public transportation, hospitals, bars and clubs are accessible by foot in a safe neighborhood.
