Room for rent for short term untill 2023 may

There is a room for rent for a short period untill may for cc. 2 months with just 1 month deposit. The reason is for the short period: there is a contact with a man, who in last year already expressed interest, but by that time he was late and the room was already rented out. He plans to come (back) to Europe in may and because of the previous contact he has a preference. 

Room for rent: at Budapest, near Orczy Ter (8. th district) for a silent tenant.

The room is available for ONE person only

Private 15 nm lockable room furnished (bed, desk, chair, two large and two smaller cabinets, nigh cabinet).  The room located in a 54 nm flat (at the 3. floor of the building - there is an elevator) – there is only one flatmate in the another room. Shared toilet, and shared shower.

Kitchen:  Shared: hot plate (cooking plate), microwave oven, washing machine. 

For the new tenant: empty kitchen cabinets, fridge.
