Apartment (Condo) Wanted To Rent

I am looking for an apartment (condo) to rent in Asuncion. My preference would be in a high rise, 2 bedrooms and be somewhat near downtown (San Roque, Ciudad Nueva, Pettirossi, etc). Furnished or unfurnished. Possibly (but not necessarily) the building I would like would be on this list (http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anexo:Rasc … nci%C3%B3n). Would be looking to move in June/July. Lease OK.
