Renting a flat in Tajrish area for at least 1 year

Hi there!
Do you have any tips or address in order to rent a flat in Tajrish area please?
I read this is a nice area for expats and their families. Any other nice place to suggest?
I'd like to find something close to the metro station also so I could avoid cars to go to work downtown. My family will visit me quite often so I' looking for a normal flat (1-2 bedroom ).
