Buying an appartment in Iran

Hello,
Is it possible for a foreigner to buy an appartment in Iran? More specific in Dizin area in the mountains?
Like a holiday home.

Hello yes you can. But you as a foreigner cannot have original document of your apartment or house , they will give you just a memorandum ,This is a problem of foreigners here.

As far as I know you can not legally own any properties in iran as a foreigner nor able to have you name register on the property deed.
However you can register and own a company in Iran and then use that company name to purchse properties in Iran.
