>You can roam around Bahrain and see alot of Villas/flats for rent. However, if you are busy you can just contact a real estate agent. No need to worry about their commission since real estate agents will be paid by the owner and not you

How much is the rental for a house, an apartment?
>The location dictates how much will be the rental.

What are the formalities or the required documents for renting an accommodation?
>CPR or residence ID

Which advice would you give?
>whenever you are checking out a villa/flat for rent, ask if the water and electricity bill is inclusive. Once you decided to rent a villa/flat you should make sure that you read the contract and that they will give you receipt whenever you pay.
