I am here now in Bonn for one year a some months. I would like some help in finding caribbean food and flavours please. I am a Jamaican who is having a lot of problem finding food to eat, hair products and and......helpppppppppppppppppp!!!!!!! Thanks in advance.

there is an online shop for jamaican food (http://www.jamaikashop.de). maybe you can find some of the things that you need there. amazon also might have some products.

for hair products you probably have a better chance looking for african hair shops. here is one:
