What were the biggest hurdles you faced when moving to Antigua and Barbuda? Were there any services available that helped?

Which services helped you most upon your arrival in Antigua and Barbuda? Were there any that helped you adapt and integrate in your new home?

Are there any services that you wished were available when you moved to Antigua and Barbuda?

Did you find the price of the different services available reasonable? Were there any that were overpriced, to your mind?

Hi!
In my move the most difficult was to find for myself such household services as laundry, baby sitter, fitness instructor and even maintenance.
And since I didn't have friends here to find a good medical and veterinary service, it also caused difficulties. It would be great if someone could advise good services on arrival.
