Yes I stopped there on a cruise and looked around how's the crime there ? I forgot to look that up

Thank you so much for your kindness and helpful information in advance. I checked everywhere concerning the Person of Independent means visa requirements but can't find any information concerning this. In South America for example they have a possibility to apply for a retirement Visa with easy steps to apply do they have in Antigua and Barbuda something similar like that? And how long does it takes to obtain Antigua and Barbuda citizenship?
