Today it is no longer just about survival: We have reached the top of the pyramid of needs and society is striving for self-realization. Those who don't know their puposis quickly experience daily work and routine as boring and there is a danger that in the long run you will lose your joy, if not burn out. Which one is your sense driver? Why and with what motivation do you go your way?
In this day workshop you will get to know your personal purpose. Discover why in certain situations you are full of energy, feel good and everything goes by itself, while other projects don't develop and are only pushed forward with effort. Mental obstacles belong to every personal purpose. In the workshop you will learn methods to better deal with these obstacles and how to take the first steps towards your own purpose.
Our workshop is based on books on the subject. In addition, there are inputs, various exercises and a lively exchange with like-minded and differently minded participants.
Afi Sika will accompany us during the workshop as an expert. The original economist experienced a real change of heart after her steep career as an analyst in energy trading due to her abrupt career change towards music. There she found her true purpose. Today, in addition to her work as a musician, she helps other people to find their own purpose.
