The programme is ideally suited for Lawyers, Accountants, HR managers, HR Department members and supervisors, company directors and students wishing to familiarise themselves or otherwise obtain a deeper understanding of Maltese employment law.
Participants will gain an understanding of the key Maltese employment law principles as set out in the Employment and Industrial Relations Act, related legislation and regulations. Practical insights and examples will also be provided throughout the entire session in order to allow participants to assimilate the principles and understand how to adapt them to day-to-day employment/HR scenarios.
