Come to our last screening before the summer holidays! See George Galloway's eye-opening documentary on Tony Blair (in English) with a discussion afterward: “The Killing$ of Tony Blair”, June 22nd, 8pm, Circolo ARCI Arcobaleno, via Pullino 1 (Metro Garbatella). Then, in the Fall, we'll be starting up again with “I Am Not Your Negro” on October 12th.
Who are we? U.S. Citizens for Peace & Justice is a non-partisan group of U.S. citizens and international friends who seek to raise consciousness about current events through our “Eyes Wide Open” film series on alternate Thursdays and through outreach events with the English speaking community in Rome. There is no admission to our events, although those at the ARCI Arcobaleno require a yearly ARCI card (7 euros, obtainable there if you don't already have one).
As for our choice of films, we welcome your input. Check out our webpage: http://www.peaceandjustice.it/initiatives.php For info on this Thursday's film, see: http://www.peaceandjustice.it/ewo/2017-12.html
Hope to see you Thursday.
