Indian Classical dances have their elaborate history, tradition, and heritage which is so rich, that while a life time is not enough to explore and absorb , it still offers room for umpteen creativity and innovation, enabling to present topics relevant to all worlds and times, thus making the dance forms ever contemporary.
This is an evening dedicated to four of the eight Classical Indian dance forms.
The renowned Bharatanatyam artiste of International fame, Dr.Vasundhara Doraswamy would be inaugurating the festival and present a solo thematic dance drama.
