Let me try to answer your preguntas based on what I understood from your message. My Spanish is very limited.
1. Almost all types of home appliances can be bought in the Philippines. The electrical system here is 220 volts.
2. A lot of food in the Philippines has Hispanic influences. Food that are sealed in cans with the proper labeling can be allowed. Everything has to be inspected by customs in any airport in the country.
3. One can import cars as long as the right permits and fees are paid.

It is easier to buy a car in the Philippines rather than to import it. But check first if the brand and type of car you want is available in the Philippines.
