BOLLA PROJECT is the collaboration between the vocal duo Belle di Mai and pianist and accordionist Piergiorgio Pirro. The result is an impro/folk trio which explores the dialogue between traditional Italian and Balkan music repertoire and improvisation. The music is a continuous flow of ideas, sounds, extemporary creation, and joy!
> Belle di Mai is...
Belle di Mai is a vocal duo composed by the Italian singers and actresses Irene Rametta and Alice Casarosa. Working together for several years, they decided to focus on the interaction between two voices and their possibilities. Their "Wandering voices" is a journey, starting from Georgia and moving westward crossing several countries, passing the Balkans ending to Italy, collecting their traditional songs.
