Arriving in Sept, visa profession "Mubarmij hasibilali" ??? Means ?

Mubarmij = Programmer
Hasibali = Computer

youre a wise person. I was handed a paper once and they told me this is your teaching license (Im a teacher) so on my cv I wrote down that I have a license. I actually got asked about it in the interview. There were so many detailed questions. I actually had to say..umm I dont know, I was told that and the interviewer on skype actually rolled her eyes. so embarrassing. Clearly I did not get the job..though unfortunately I had nailed the other questions anyways wise of you asking..

Its always nice to know what the document  states ....
Have heard a lot of fraud; that happens in Gulf cause of this.
