Can anyone help me to deliver a birthday cake to sad friend istanbul?

my friend's birthday is coming, he is  very very sad now.heart-broken. i want to buy him a birthday cake for him on his  birthday to cheer him up. there is someone still remeber his birthday.He is very nice person and respected by people,he helped a poor girl student change her life attitude. unluckly something happened and changed him. and i donnot want to see him very sad and depressed all the time.i want to show there are still people care about him .But i am now in china, i donnot know how to deliver him a birthdy cake .Can anyone kind-hearted help me?
