I live in Riyadh in an Apartment in city center of riyadh.
The rental agreement mentions that 2 months notice will be given in case of increase of rent.
Withou following these rules in the contract, the agent increase rent 40% just 10 days before the due date.
Please advise if i can do anything to make the agent follow the contract rental agreement

Asim,
Estate agents can do what they like...(they dont listen much to anyone)...my suggestion is that take someone who speaks arabic with you to see the agent. Show them the agreement and I am sure the agent will stick to contract, however beaware that after 2 months the rent will go up.
In riyadh rents have been increasing as there is a shortage.
