Looking for the cheapest ticket from Incheon to Dhaka. Please help

Unfortanately getting tickets ex Korea is not particularly cheap.

I don't know who's the cheapest but try:

Fides Travel
Kangsan Travel
Orbitz.com

Fides are good, look them up online and give them a ring, they speak english and were very good to me when I was enquiring some time ago. I haven't used Kangsan but some expats have said good things about them.
A friend used Orbitz online and though they were a little on the expensive side they did offer many options and routes to your destination. Also many of the prices depend on when you are going. If you are able to book well in advance then your prices are likely to be substantially lower.
