My husband wants us to relocate to Ivory Coast, but he doesn't have a job offer yet and wants to seek for a job there. He is fluent in English and Arabic, has good experience of working in UAE and Syria in real estate and retail management. I am not very convinced it's gonna be easy, plus the political situation is not stable. Please, advice us if it is safe to live there and if there are job opportunities.

If I were you, I would tie your husband and try keeping him in UAE if possible - without French, finding a job in real estate or retail management would be next to impossible.
I know the situation in Syria is not the best and things in Abidjan are certainly improving after the change of government, but job wise, I am not sure.
