Hi all
I am moving to HCMC in 2 weeks and have got a few problems with my luggage;
does anyone know if i will have to pay import duty on my kites i
f i send them to HCMC with DHL?
I am really struggeling with the airline and so need another way to avoid the £1500 excess baggage they want to chanrge on top of my suitcase.
I ahve also heard that they are classed as flying objects and so i need a license. Does any have any handy tips or advice? has anyone done anything similar?

Hi Nick I can't help answer your question but I would google Mui Ne for kite-surfing. There are a couple of clubs and associations based out there. I'm sure one of them would be able to advise you.
