I am trying to chat with my friend in Kampala. She bought 45000 shillings package (I think its 1GB limit, and I think it was Orange). She used it lightly (just checking email and sending one and texting couple of mins with yahoo) like 10 mins and then it says "no credit"! This has happened to us many times with different internet providers. Does anybody know about this? To where can we complain and how?
Is there any way to avoid this? To buy unlimited? If I remember correctly even our unlimited said once "credit finished".
Is it possible she is installing it somehow wrongly? On the other hand it did work 10mins...
This is in Burungi area.

HI JP11.
I am using Blackberry Mobile . I am from India and i will move to Kampala on 1st feb-2012. I think she started some downloading or something wrong place click for download. when i purchased BB phone i got same experienced. Please ask to her to stop BB services and re-start next day it will work.
