Dear Julien, Although a good idea for other places in Colombia this referal system may never works due to the mentallity of the craft persons youŽll find here in Cartagena. According to my experience, from 10 jobs you offer none will be done well if you are a foreigner or from the inland. Some companies In Cartagena they bring their workers from Cali and their subcontracters from Bogota, Medellin and eventually from Baranquilla.
