My friend lives in Hoang Anh Gia Lai 3 ,Nguyen Huu Tho street,( very close to district 1) District 7 with 3-4 bedroom, 500usd/month.I think it's reasonable price and you can search on internet for further information.

Finally got back to the office after spending a week in the Singapore Army.

I've confirmed an 18 month rental on an apartment over at Sky Garden 3 in District 7, Phu My Hung.

Lease will start from the 1st of Sept so i'll be flying over on the 1st of Sept.

My friend let me know there are some 2 bedroom apartments for rent in The Manor, Saigon Pearl building, with full furniture. Quality is good and price is about 1000$-1300$. (3bedrooms: 1300$ - 1800$

The Manor, Saigon Pearl building is very near Dist 1, nice view, just 5 or 10 minutes. There are many foreigners live there.
