Yes. If you have legal resident and work permit in Denmark and have a CPR number, then you can choose to register either a public limited or a private limited Company and get a CVR number for your company here. According to new law, you better ask a lawyer to help you before you apply yourself. I suggest you do not register for a company if you do not have at least 200,000 US Dollars as the guarantee. The Government may ask you to deposit this amount to your company bank account for at least one year.
