Dear All,
Presently, I am based in Qatar and planning to move to Al Khafji (Saudi Arabia). I have a Car (3 years old) and wish to export to Al Khafji. Anyone have previous experience in exporting car from Qatar to Saudi? what are the steps involved? Is it easy procedures?.
It would be helpful, if anyone can provide the contact details of experienced cargo comapanies doing all the procedures?

Do. Not import a pick up truck to ksa. Only Saudi nationals can own such a vehicle. I am presently releasing my truck to a Saudi coworker, and I will be driver.
You need to get an import agent to handle the process they determine the price of the car in orde to charge u a 5 percent import fee. They then inspect.
the process can take about two weeks.
My car is taking about a month due to ownership..
