Offer as a researcher with KSU

i mean i fly alone to riyadh all the time

A researcher at KSU for 8500 S.R package!!!!  I say they're robbing you blind.

My husband works at KSU as a lecturer and earns more than double the amount you were offered.
Their dress code is formal, so perhaps the same would apply to the females???

How does one even get an offer from the university??

back to topic : that is a whole package for a researcher , that's the package a non researcher freshmen gets in his first year.

I've got an offer as an assistant professor with a salary of 14500 SAR (+ other benefits). What is your level of graduation and research experience?

The package offered to yo from KSU is low, but it depends upon various elements:
1- Qulaifications
2- Experiences
3- Residence Status, i.e. if your residence permit "Iqama" is a dependant, you can not get as much as a an independent employee who comes to Saudi Arabia in Work Visa.
