Me and my spouse are moving into Maputo this summer..
We would prefer to install internet in our flat. What are the options? Anyone knows? Ie. should we bring modems and routers from Europe, what options are there wrt. speed and stability?
Could anyone recommend providers?

on a 2 year contract (i specified i wanted 1 year) they provide the router etc. all you need is your PC or laptop

The apartment was already prepared for TV-Cabo, so we signed up for a combined TV & Net solution. A financial statement was required to be an accepted customer, however as we're connected to the embassy that was OK. Chose the minimum speed package for both TV & Net (ZAP Mini - 39 channels of them also European like Eurospoprt and BBC World News), and Internet speed 1000/256. I think the cost is 500 + 1850 Mt/month which is appx $90/month. I think there was no installation fee when 2 years contract. Modem etc included. Works well. Speed appears to as specified.
