I've worked in the Hotel business for some years.
We visited Dubai earlier this year and I liked the Sofitel "Old town" a lot.

There are far too many hotels to list here. There are many of the international chains plus locally based groups. Just do a search on Google or Yahoo and you'll find their details.

yes, bayt by far is the best source online. we have a free database of jobs on our site that goes through the bayt listings. many have found jobs through there.

that said now is not the time to go to dubai for a hotel job. a ton are getting axed, even in the USA. might want to wait and see what happens in the next few months.
