Its been long since you last updated your blog .Anyways, to tell the TRUTH you WONT get any puppies for free unless you very loved one gives you away his/her own.
But you can try "PETS HOME" in Dharan they give away cheaper puppies.If you are really intrested post me up I can help you with phone numbers.
I got a pair of spitz from there may be I'll upload their pictures for you
