Ok so according to Eurostat, Spain has registered the highest increase in unemployment in the EU, 9.9% vs 7.5% for the EU which is supposed to be tied to construction.
My question for expats living in Barcelona is do you see/feel the affects? Are people talking about prolonged and difficult job searches, outside of construction?
Are the numbers even right?
I'm planning to move next year and just want to get a feel for the land.
