its true. It is very difficult to find a job in Netherland most of all if you dont speak the language. There are few option though. Horeca, waitress, (in restaurant, pun, cafes in tourism area) most of the time they are okay with only English) in the kitchen. Or... in the summer time go to the coast of Holland! There are many beach club en you can work there as... waitress, helper, beach boys etc. Mostly they need many people in the season. I wish you good luck in finding the job you want and small tips, do learn the language. You will see the big difference if you mastering the language.
