Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could assist with information with regards to obtaining a Kuwaiti work visa if I have a UK police caution (no conviction or charges).
I understand a PCC is required form the Kuwaiti embassy however please could someone tell me if this would be unsuccessful due to my caution.

I would imagine it depends if you need an enhanced disclosure.
