Hi,
I am an EP holder in MALAYSIA. Currently i am in INDIA due to my maternity. I wanted to process dependent pass for my newborn baby. For that Birth certificate needs to be attested from INDIAN EMBASSY Malaysia. Since i am in INDIA, can i authorize my brother (own brother who is working in malaysia) to submit the application on behalf of me?
can anyone advice what i can do?

The other choice as you are in India is to get it done while you are there. I believe that is necessary before anything can be authenticated in Malaysia.
Check with BLS if they will accept 3rd party requests as the Indian HC outsources administrative matters to them. https://www.blsindia-malaysia.com

I have get the Birth Certificate attested from Indian High Commission.
But my company agent asked to get it done from MALAYSIA EMBASSEY which is in Chennai. Where should i get the attestation from? Can you help?

The Birth Certificate needs to be Certified True Copy in India
