I have completed my masters in dentistry from india... but the colleges from which i graduated are not recognized here by MDC.. what are my options here?? I am interested in teaching or research side or working as a dentist

If you get a job offer you can Appeal to have your qualifications recognised.
Lecturing requires experience and often a PhD due to competitive landscape.

There is an oversupply of qualified Dentists in Malaysia so unless you are willing to enter into a business partnership and invest in a clinic, there is probably a low success rate to find employment
