Hi Ladies and Gents,
How easy is it to find a job in Norway while staying outside Norway? I have been applying like crazy for the last 6 months but not even a single interview.

If you've got a specialized skill that's in demand, it might be possible. But most jobs are probably going to take the easier route and hire someone who's close by

Thanks ECS for your response. I really do not know if I can say my skills are in demand but I have IT Bachelor form University of Greenwich, Project Management, Digital Innovation from Copenhagen Business School. I have working experience in all these areas.
