Finding an English or Russian speaking nanny for a toddler in UB

Hi, guys! I am moving soon to UB with my 2,5 years old daughter. I am looking for a stay-in (at least 6 out of 7 days per week) Russian or English speaking Mongolian nanny. Does anyone have the experience of hiring a nanny in UB? What are the fees? Is there anything particular that I should be aware regarding this process?  Thank you in advance for your replies.

Please let me know if you're still in search as I can recommend you a former Russian/English school teacher who is doing nanny job since her retirement-last two years.
