Avarage salary for sales engineer in muscat

Hello All,
Myself ramesh k from India planing to come to muscat. Got a offer for sales engineer. have 5 years of exp. in industrial & corporate sales i.e. in India. Current salary in india is 60K.

I need your help to understand below points
1. is this a good offer for position of sales engineer
Basic - 200
Other allowances - 100
HRA - 75
Total -- 375
2. Can i negotiate the salary ( increase) how to pitch that.

3. what are other things to be taken into consideration before confirming.
