I would like to know from experts in our forum, what are the rights of a 5 years residency card holder ?
Do they have an access to the Romanian education system as Romanian citizens ??
Like paying same fees in local currency or it is only for permanent residence card holders ?!

Yes as far as I know as I have a five year permit as well you have every right as a citizen but cannot vote
